Would you rather be loved or respected? April 29th 2020

In all honesty, it’s pretty hard to choose between being respected or being loved would you want Chris Hemsworth giving you love and affection? Or would you want the whole of the Avengers acknowledging you and showing you respect? Would you want to walk the streets with someone knowing who you are and saying hi to you as if you're their elder, or would you want to walk the streets with a random person giving you something nice because they love you? It’s very hard to choose, but in the end, it depends on you. It depends on what you want more than the other. Are you loved enough by your peers that some people need to respect you or vice versa? Do you have soo much respect but all you want is someone to care about you rather than looking up to you and having this mentality that you don't want to keep up it?  It really comes down to you, what you prefer and what you'd be satisfied with. Decisions should be based on your comfort. because when I lived in Tanzania I was kind of respected and also loved by my peers? But the respect was more than love. It's a decision that I don't know that can be taken. But if there was a situation that you were loved that ended up gaining the respect I'd chose that version any day!

Other than that Corona is okay so far. I've been surviving that's the good part. I just want to make sure I keep surviving!

What scares me?!?!!?!?! - April 22nd 20202

Realizing that physical school opens in September!

What would be the scariest thing I’d like to do? It would probably have to do with something that involves me falling or something like that. I’d think I’d have to do these but to make sure there is always a 100% survival rate or else I’m not going to. So number 1 would be me getting buried alive because whenever I try to breathe in a compact area, I usually tend to start not being able to breathe. Also, there’s this game show that focuses on this type of stuff, trying to overcome your fear. So If I was on that show I’d try to attempt to do everything, even drowning. I'd probably end up getting claustrophobic out of nowhere.  

I’d like to go bungee jumping, but also only if there is a 100% survival rate. It’s just that feeling knowing your going head first onto the ground and your speed increasing. Then you feel this force pulling you back up. Also, anything adrenaline related, so like ziplining and skydiving, with a 100% survival rate of course. These are scary, just imagine fainting and then the next thing you know when you wake up is you are about to hit the ground at 100 miles per hour.

Ooo also there’s this other scary thing. One of those roller coasters that do a pin drop.
If they go up like 300 meters in the sky and drop without a countdown my life will literally
flash before my eyes, and most likely pee my pants!

Social media is clutch! - April 8th 2020

Memes. Something that has been bringing me out of mental isolation nicely. Also just social media in general. It's funny how the only place I've seen outside my house is the road I go walking on. And the thing that's been there since day 1 has been social media. I wasn't really a person who followed meme pages until last year. The content on my phone brings a smile to my face. Whatsapp, Snapchat, Instagram, Twitter, and Tik Tok are really clutching up on entertainment. The quality of memes during Quarantine are just amazing! But the best ones personally are the Warzone and the funeral meme. So basically there this Battle royale/ multiplayer that came out after the actual game came out. So what would happen is basically you'd enter a match of survival and try to be the last one. But once you die you get sent to this place called the Gulag. They'd basically fight to the death with weapons and if you win you get another chance to win in battle royale game.










There's also this other meme where someone does something genuinely ridiculous that result them getting seriously injured. So when that part happens they edit in 6 men doing some cultural funeral tradition where they dance with a coffin on their shoulder. But what makes it hilarious is the beat and the bass drop.

Also when there's a conversation me and my friends be having it's just the best. We will talk for hours debating, commenting and laughing. zh and, I LOVE HATE QUARANTINE.

#1 Corona DIary - April 2nd 2020

The homies have missed me and I have missed them. Corona has made people upset, paranoid and hating home. I wonder if the pandemic will be controlled now or is it going to be worse. I'm also getting scared that if the virus gets worse because I do believe that if it does get worse in Africa I don't think that lockdown is going to be enough to sustain everything. I think people are taking this seriously but I don't think they like to show it. My friends seem that they aren't but my parents on the other hand! Three days ago I was going for a walk and when I got back I gave a fist bump to my guard. My mom saw and she got angry. she told me "corona" and I just said "it's just a fist bump", and then she does this thing that once she has given up on fighting me she tries to put the burden me. she said, "don't come to me once you get it". But with my friends, we just keep in touch. we are aware, but we don't think it'll be this serious until it gets to us. I do believe that this will go in the record books, but not as one of the worst unless the hantavirus comes out of nowhere and does some magic act and just makes everything worse. I can't imagine being that person telling people that you've experienced this scary state the world was in. trying to add extra emphasis to scare the future children, and maybe they go tell their parents, that someone told me about this sickness cold corona.  I just can't imagine once the whole world goes sicko, would rationing water and electricity become something that we have to take into consideration. And will they be a purge?!
